I don't know, because I didn't either. However, you can watch tutorial on youtube.

No, the odor isn't as strong as some others but it is definitely not odor free

Q: Does this use a dental bonding agent ?

No it does not. It uses a liquid primer included in the kit.

Q: Can this be used as or is it a quick dip kit?

I'm not sure what you mean by a quick dip kit, but it is a typical set of acrylic paints that comes in a tube rather than a small bottle. It is a bit thicker than regular acrylic paint.
