I love this couch but my husband says it’s too firm. It feels nice when reclining. The buttons are very small and hard to get use to. You’re always going in the wrong direction with them. Color doesn’t show dirt and surface is easy to clean

This recliner is awesome. My husband and I went to Ashley Furniture and we saw this one. We knew we had to have it, so we bought it. I checked everywhere for recliners before going to Ashley's. We bought the chair from Ashley, including their warranty as well. The total with delivery charges was just shy of 2 grand. Once we got home I started looking on line and I found the exact same chair at other furniture stores, but they were all around the same price. Then I checked Amazon out of curiosity and I was surprised to find our chair in stock with the same warranty and free delivery. By ordering from Amazon and canceling from Ashley Furniture we saved $600.00. Plus we got the chair delivered 2 days after ordering with Amazon. Setting up our chair was easy. It works exactly as it did on the floor in Ashley's Furniture. We are very happy with our purchase!! So glad I checked with Amazon when I got home!! One thing we did pay extra for was for Amazon to deliver our recliner into our living room. That was an additional $19.99, well worth it, otherwise they would have left it near our garage. Still our savings was $598.88 and we love ❤️ our electric reclining chair!! Thank you Amazon!!!

This was $1,000 cheaper through Amazon but we took some risks and extra trouble to save that money. When the freight truck came by, the box was pretty beat up but we accepted it anyway. We loaded it on our pickup and drove it to the back door and de-boxed it. The back rests are seperate but the base is still about 200lbs to move. Assembly was easy but one head rest did not work. I took a chance and removed 7 staples and looked inside. Two self tapping bolts were stripped and fell out of the motor frame. Luckily I had bolts and access and fixed it myself. Saved a lot of hassle making a new box and returning it. Works and feels great now.

The most uncomfortable loveseat. I am so bummed. I took a chance ang got this based on reviews. I have a horrible back but needed something that reclined. That said - the reclining features and usb, etc is great but the couch itself is really uncomfortable. :(

My favorite chair! I bought this in '22 before an expected surgery for recovery/sleeping purposes. That's well behind me but this is still MY spot in our living room for watching tv, kicking back, taking naps. The leather looks as good as new. All the motors still work like new, love the handy USB charging portal. Excellent purchase. Was an easy set up as well. Arrived in 2 pieces if I remember correctly. Delivered right inside the door and we set it up ourselves easy peasy.

These are wonderful and 2000.00 cheaper than Ashley honestly store. And they are from Ashley

The loveseat is beautiful and quality is up to Ashley standards but no instructions on how to put it together. Some parts are hidden and hard to locate it will take some patience. The Biggest issue is delivery. You do not get delivery into you home as stated, you do not get a call to schedule delivery, you do not have to sign for delivery. The delivery company will show up with no notice set it out and leave. These weigh 288 pounds each. If you have stairs like we did good luck! There is no option to choose white glove service during the check out process and although it states it will be put inside you home and up to 2 flights of stairs, that will not happen as the carrier states that service wasn't purchased by Amazon. As long as you don't have stairs and have someone at home to catch the delivery when it occurs this is a great price for this product. After reading issues about delivery after my purchase I became concerned and started watching for the delivery and signed up for alerts. You get this 30 minutes before they arrive, not much notice. Amazon customer service was helpful with issues.

The recliner is usually priced well, price moves frequently. Much better price and delivery than an in store purchase. I found the chair to be extremely firm but sets up nicely off the floor. The leg rest is extended so your feet don’t hang off the edge. I’d prefer a higher back but the adjustable headrest offsets the height issue. Delivery is great and the overall quality of the chair is very good. The material seems to be robust and the comfort and feel of the material is quite nice. My rating of a 3 is only due to overall comfort due to the firmness. I’d suggest setting in the chair in store before purchase but again, Amazon is priced much better and has free delivery. My out the door price at Ashley was nearly $1,800 compared to delivered price on Amazon $1,281
