Very helpful customer service when there was a problem
Our first paddling pool had an air leak in one of the rings, but on emailing Masters, they immediately put a new pool in the post - the Customer Service was brilliantThank you

Hook a duck for community fayre
The hooks are not in the ducks so you have to assemble them yourself which was ok but a surprise. No numbers on bottom of ducks. Pool needs a pump as can't not be blown up but worked well
