ideal solution for low latency PC gaming on a TV!
pricier than the alternatives, but you get what you pay for -- fantastic KVM that is much more stable and well-built compared to previous cheaper ones that i have tried. i chose this one because the previous one i tried had very limited USB support -- the drivers for the USB ports were for mice and keyboards // HID devices *only*, so no USB bluetooth dongle support like i needed -- and this one doesn't have that issue. i don't have hard numbers or measurements, but the latency is basically imperceptible for gaming. i played through jedi survivor and just finished bloodborne at 1080p + 120hz on my samsung QN90D TV, and it has worked flawlessly. so i really have no complaints at all, this is absolutely worth the money! i would recommend it to anyone who wants to use their computer for PC gaming on a TV in a separate room like i didminor things to watch out for (but which are not issues with the KVM itself!) -- make sure to get this newer version with HDMI 2.0 support, and use HDMI 2.0+ cables if you want to use higher refresh rates (120hz) or resolutions (4k, although i typically use 1080p). HDR support is kind of finicky on my GPU + TV combination, but i don't think it has anything to do with the KVM. if they release an updated version with HDMI 2.1 support, i will almost certainly upgrade to itthis is a fantastic KVM that has worked perfectly for my needs, and i've had no issues with it at all. highly recommend it!

Works well with Playstation 5
Works well with TV boxes and my Playstation 5. I used it with CAT 6 cable to extend the video and USB connection to plug in a Bluetooth dongle for the remote.I haven't experience any issues. It's slim and it gets powered from either end, which is great because I put the extender behind a wall mounted TV with very little space between the wall and the TV.Over great product. I have used other Extenders from the safe company and the support is great from there end.

Good Product and Price
I use this extender to display my PC in a separate room via a 75' cat6 cable. It displays 1080p at 60hz with 5.1 surround sound audio with no discernible lag, and the picture quality is the same as when I have the PC plugged directly into the TV without an extender. It's really nice to have the 4 USB ports in the other room too, however I did have a small issue with them. When plugging an Xbox 360 wireless controller receiver into one of the USB ports, Windows 10 could no longer recognize devices plugged into any of the other 3 ports. Research and experimentation tell me this is because the wireless receiver requires quite a lot of power. If I unplug it then all 4 USB ports work fine. This is kind of a specific use case so I don't mind it too much.Around 1.5 months after I purchased this extender, it stopped working. I contacted AV Access via their website to get a replacement as it has a 3 year warranty, and they did send me one for free with shipping for my broken unit and replacement both covered. It took around 2.5 weeks total from when it broke to when I received the replacement, which was pretty inconvenient but otherwise customer support was quick and I am happy (assuming this one doesn't break too).

Not Lossless or Zero Latency
This is definitely not lossless or zero latency. There is noticeable compression, a 1440p signal looks more like 1080p. Latency is also there, maybe 20-30ms at 60Hz. I used this with a Cat 7 cable. It works but for my purposes for gaming I'm looking more at active HDMI and USB repeaters and cables.

Great Long Distance Solution
We just moved from a home where I had HDMI run about 75' from my office to my family room. The new house didn't have that option. I stream a lot of music and my office PC powers that performance. My main TV's are a fair distance away from the office. Approximately 75' and 100' of cable run away from my office. I was lucky enough to have run an extra Cat6 from my office to each of these locations to push this signal and it works flawlessly in 4k30fps. Most of what I watch is actually only 1080 but a couple of the shows have been 4k and were handles flawlessly. This is a really solid solution for long distance runs. FYI- the powered send unit remains by my PC and I move the unpowered receiver between the two locations where I watch most of my shows.

Works for PS5
Needed a solution to route my PS5 from my living room to my master bedroom. I have CAT5E wired throughout the house that all terminates to a closet in my living room. I routed an ethernet cable from where my PS5 is to the closet, and then I used a female ethernet to female ethernet coupler to connect to the termination. From what I can tell there is little to no input lag, and no visual artifacting on the destination screen. I did have issues with my controller's bluetooth connection being choppy, but that went away as soon as I connected it via USB. If you use a wire, make sure to change the controller connection to USB in the settings.

I need the device to work reliably
I use this KVM extender with 50 ft CAT6 cable, to extend PC connections for monitor, kbd, mouse, USB flash and USB audio with external speakers. Most of the time the setup works as expected, but there is one very annoying issue: about every hour or so all connections drop, monitor becomes black, USB disconnects etc. After ~10-20 sec everything reconnects again, with speakers producing "USB connection sound". Especially annoying occasional USB flash corruption caused by USB disconnection in just the wrong time. Tried AVaccess chat to resolve the issue - waited for many hours and get no response. This is a shame, it would have been a great product if not for this issue.
