I have had a problem with nonspecific anxiety for most of my adult life. His product, while not a cure, is the most effective ofc remedy I have found. These days doctors tend to be reluctant to prescribe medication for anxiety that is chronic, so I have tried lots of remedies and this is the most effective one I have found. It not only eases the anxiety, it also relieves the physical symptoms. It is a gummy, so swallowing is not a problem. I am not crazy about the flavor, but it is not bad, just not my favorite. The price is reasonable (better than similar products available at local pharmacies or department stores. I recommend it without hesitation.

I use these at night to help ease the day's stress away and help me fall asleep. Takes about 30 mins to start to feel relaxed so timing is important if using as a bedtime routine. You don't feel groggy the next day and no "hangover" either. Flavor is a bit potent but no bad at all. I actually feel more at ease the next morning as well so it does have a lasting effect. If you plan on taking these during the day, I suggest starting at night to see how it effects you because these definitely leave you feeling relaxed, but not doped up.

I take 3 instead of the recommended 2 before bed. Seem to help me sleep better. Many sleepless nights before, waking up every 2 hours and then finding it hard at some point to get back to sleep. I've been taking for about 3 months and have only had a couple less than restful nights. So this must be working pretty well.

Not only do these taste great they’ve also been a big help in getting my dad (who’s quite stubborn about taking any medication, vitamins, or supplements) to take them! I would prefer he take this in pill form but if you have a child that’s fussy about pills or if you’re a caregiver to an adult (who acts like a child 😂) who doesn’t like pills, these are a great alternative compromise. The only issue I have is that this brand has 10mg of L-theanine while another popular brand of Stress GABA gummies has 50mg of L-theanine. I wish they would increase the amount for this brand but these ship out WAY faster than the other brand so I switch between the two.

These work quite well. I suppose it is mostly the GABA. The theanine is a miniscule amount (typical dose is 100 to 200 mgs, 10-20x what these have). What the lemon balm does, I don't know, I have never taken it by itself. The gummies do work, I sleep well, although I feel a little groggy in the morning but it goes away quickly enough. No other issues (headache, nausea, etc.) and I take them from time to time with consistent benefit. However, back when they were called "Stress Away" they were the same price for 120 gummies - same ingredients!! Shocking.

Since I began taking it, my sleep has improved! The flavor and texture of the gummies are pleasant. I've been using the stress gummies for quite some time now and I am very satisfied with them, except for this last subscribe and save order that I received. They are all melted and infused together and I am unable to use them. Unfortunately they will not let me return this product to get another one even though I never even open the seal. I think I'm going to be discontinuing my subscribe and save with this product. Disappointed.

I had my doubts this would work for me. But since my panic attacks had returned, I was desperate.The strawberry lemon is an acquired taste. But I will tolerate the flavor. Because it does lessen my anxiety, and makes me feel calmer. Even in situations where people are trying to push me into reacting. My calm demeanor remains.I take anywhere between one to three in a 24 hour timeframe, depending on my stress levels. It helps stop my "What if" thoughts, and keeps my mind from racing.For the cost, it's worth a try. Considering the amount you get for the price, unless you are allergic to lemon, give it a go. Experience calm.
