we had a small leak from one of the joints underneath our kitchen sink. i'd tried everything else to stop it including the spray flex seal but nothing worked. we live too far out to call in a plumber for little things like that, a three hour round trip for our plumber so very costly. this paste was my final option and i crossed my fingers it'd work out.the paste has a rubber texture but is very easy to apply. i placed it all around the drain connection and allowed it a full day to dry. the next day we tested it and no more leak! it has been two weeks since that repair was made and still dry as a bone. i had some material left and wanted to make use of it. one of the kids years ago knocked a hole about baseball size in the closet wall. i thought it couldn't hurt to give this a try to repair that.i placed a drywall repair screen over the hole and then proceeded to apply this over the top of that. it was easy to smooth out with a plastic knife set. i let that dry a full day too. the end result was a perfectly flat, stable white surface. the paint i applied went on well, no problems at all. after all this time the hole between the attic and the closet is no more and looks as good as it did before.one thing to keep in mind is that once opened this material dries up and begins to harden very quickly. even though i sealed the tub almost immediately, when i opened it up again a few hours later i had a thick 'ring' of hardened rubber already forming around the inner sides. knowing that i would suggest to anyone using this to use it up quickly once opened. it's just the nature of the chemical mix that when open even if sealed well it isn't something that has much of a shelf life.this is extremely versatile material only limited in what you can do with it by your imagination so to speak. i am thrilled with the results i got and have ordered another tub to keep on hand for future use. i'd recommend this without reservations to anyone based on my experiences with it.

I ordered this product because of an emergency. The package arrived on time. However, when I opened the tub of flex seal paste. It was visible that seal was not on properly and caused 2/3 of the flex seal paste hardened and unuseable. A simple quality inspection prior to shipping out this product could have eleminated this entire ordeal. My emergency situation is now on standby for one more rainy day and night for the replacement to arrive! Not a happy customer.

I used this product to fill in between bricks on my sidewalk going to our front door because in the winter rain and snow water seeps through in between the bricks causing the water to come right up to our front door. I did this last summer and this winter, this does not happen because I have sealed in between the line of each brick, and it has really worked - no more water at the front door. You can use this product in so many creative ways….next, I am seal around new toilet in bathroom because the installer left gouges in flooring that can easily be fixed with this product. I am sure I will find other uses for it. I like it because it is thick to apply and sturdy, and will last where sealed. But this winter coverage outside with the bricks was the true test for me. I would highly recommend.

Product works great but the product was all dried up except for a tiny hole in the middle.

Worked as it said it would. Only issue was tub I was sent, the seal broke and a portion of the putty was hardened. Suppose issue wouldn't have happened had I not been lazy and just picked up some from Lowes/Home Depot.

I had a inch and a half opening from tub and siding I had put a filler then covered the gap with flex paste the results are amazing I am very pleased that my tub and wall are waterproof

bigger waste of money than buying duct tape at a dollar store. impossible to use!!! sticks to everything. like trying to fill in cracks with toothpaste. commercial makes it look like putty and easy to fit and form. reality is more like a sticky paste that rolls into a ball as soon as applied . and dont even bother trying to use on a wet surface......youll never get it to stick and stay......even when you have it right where you want it dont make the mistake of touching it....it will pull right out and then your starting over......wasted more of it wiping off the putty knife than actually got to stay in place.......bad bad bad product
