Bulova has done well with this one. This watch has retro styling cues with modern features, including Miyota’s 82S0 automatic movement. The movement’s specifications are similar to those found within timepieces in the $150 to $600 price range, which commonly utilize Miyota’s 8215 or Seiko’s NH35. The beats of this piece are hardly audible and there is little noise from the rotor that winds the movement, unlike Miyota’s 8215, which tends to be noisier. The partial skeletonized dial allows one to see into the inner workings, though the back features a mineral crystal through which more can be seen. The dial features some texture to give the piece more character. The leather strap is of decent quality, although the buckle seems less sturdy than those found on timepieces of comparable price. This is my third timepiece by Bulova and first with a rectangular case. As has been my experience with this brand, the quality exceeds the price point. I highly recommend this as a nice blend of retro styling with a semi-formal appearance.

Beautiful and amazing

Had this on my Wish List for a long time. Finally purchased and was not disappointed in the least. Beautiful, and accurate. Can't confirm this, but it must have a large power reserve. I wear it MAYBE every other day and it has never run down. Subtle styling. High recommendations.
