Hot and crunchy. Don't need much but great flavor.

The bottle was bubble wrapped nicely but the lid was loose and it leaked inside the wrap. Unusable. I wanted to return but turns out its not eligible for return. It is not stated anywhere during purchase, not even in the cart that the item cannot be returned. Its a shame. We love hot sauce and would've loved to have tried this unique treat.

I was surprised at how thin and almost watery this was but it really has unique flavor that contributes mightily to a dish without actually standing out on its own. When you taste it off a spoon rather than in a recipe it seems almost floral and it tastes nothing like other edible peppers I've ever had.

I was really looking forward to this Aji Amarillo paste for my Peruvian steak. I really don't like giving bad reviews but since this is a very specific paste, you expect a very specific flavor and smell.Unfortunately it smells and tastes like bell pepper just hotter and not returnable since it's a food item. Maybe I just received a bad batch.
