Excellent. I don’t normally bother writing reviews but I was so impressed with this phone. I was wary about buying a reconditioned phone, having always had phones from new before, but this is brilliant. The phone (iPhone 13) is in perfect condition and works perfectly. It arrived 2 days earlier that expected and came with a screen protector, charging cable and plug. It was well packaged in bubble wrap and a plain box. I would definitely buy from this seller again. The only issue was that the delivery driver left it outside my front door in full view of the road, so I am lucky it wasn’t stolen!

Perfect. I ordered this phone because mine was stolen and it was estimated to be delivered on the 31st of may. It came on the 10th of may, three weeks early and in perfect condition. Couldn’t be happier this it. Came with a charger as well.

I don’t even know where to start with this review…Utterly Disappointed – Avoid This Seller and Think Twice About Amazon’s Third-Party SellersI’m beyond disappointed — not only with the third-party seller but also with Amazon. I thought buying through Amazon would provide some level of security and customer protection. I was wrong.I purchased an iPhone 13 in December, hoping to pass on my old phone to my daughter for Christmas. From the start, things weren’t right. It took over 30 minutes just to turn on. The phone was in Italian (which I don’t speak), and I had to use my old phone to figure out how to switch it to English. Then, the updates took over four hours. It was sluggish, the battery life was no better than my older iPhone 11, and the charger only worked in one specific orientation.Alongside the phone, I bought a J-Tech “shock/drop-proof” case and screen protector. In January, I dropped the phone from my dressing gown pocket — no more than 30-50cm onto a wooden floor — and the back shattered. That shouldn’t happen with a device in a so-called “shockproof” case. Still, it seemed to be working… until March.Exactly on Day 90, the screen went black. I could still hear it pinging and even call it, but the screen was dead. I contacted the seller immediately but, needing my phone for work (I run two businesses and have two primary school children), I couldn’t wait. The next morning, I went to a local phone repair shop. They replaced the screen and told me the device was in terrible condition. Not only was the screen not original Apple, but the outer casing had been replaced, and the motherboard was in such poor shape that they wouldn’t even attempt to replace the back glass.I contacted both the seller and Amazon again. The seller claimed it was out of warranty because I dropped it — apparently the tiny January drop caused the screen to die two months later in March. I’ve had iPhones for over 15 years. I’ve dropped all of them at some point, and none have ever broken like this or had such a suspicious combination of issues. It felt like I had bought a refurbished phone that had been poorly repaired.Amazon agreed to a return, so I paid £8.75 to send it back. Then the seller refused a refund, claiming the back was damaged — something I had already been upfront about. They returned the phone to me with a sticker on it and signs that it had been turned on or half-set up again. I had already removed my Apple account from it!Let’s talk cost:• £335 for the phone• £65 for a screen repair• £8.75 for return postageThat’s over £400 spent — and I’m stuck with a poor-quality phone in awful condition.I even asked for a simple goodwill gesture: to replace the broken back. They refused. The only offer I got? They’d keep the phone and give me £150 — because it had “depreciated.” So I’m supposed to just throw away £185? Meanwhile, they’ll probably fix it up cheaply and resell it.DO NOT buy from this seller. They are unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly have no interest in customer satisfaction. And sadly, Amazon does nothing to protect customers in cases like this either. I genuinely feel scammed.

Had an issue with delivery but this was down to Royal Mail. Seller was quick to reply to messages and confirmed it would be shipped out again when they had it returned, which they did.Phone looks like it’s brand new, and came with 97% battery health. Will buy from this seller again next time I need to replace a phone.
