The delivery took 5 days, but the grains survived the transit. It ships from Kerala.I am not sure how to test sugars for sulfur content hence I went ahead with organic jaggery granules.As soon as the package arrived, I inspected the grains and transferred them to 1.5 liters of jaggery water. Even though the weather is cold where I live, the first fermentation happened rather normally.After first fermentation, the kefir water tastes like yeasty kind of tart and sweetish. Without any prominent flavour. I decided to try experiment with 4 flavour options as follows1] homemade guava juice2] real brand mix fruit tetrapak3] sweetened black tea4] real brand litchi tetrapak.The guava juice is fermenting normally and is about to near completion of second fermentation. It has produced few new grains. Fizz is nice. Very refreshing..Real mix fruit is fermenting at an exceptional speed and producing large amount of new kefir grains. It is tasting good and almost sugar free. Very nice taste.Sweetened black tea is also fermenting very fast but there is not enough grain formation. I have added a lemon wedge as well. The true taste will be determined when the yeast has eaten up the tannins and colour changes to more clear/cloudy (yet to happen)Real brand litchi is fermenting at slowest rate. There is fizz but no new grain formation. There is white powdery deposit at the bottom of fermenter. This means the yeast is not liking the litchi and is going in in state if dormancy. Since it is fermenting slowly, the true taste can only be determined once almost all sugars are gone.[Update]The kefir grains were thriving too much on organic jaggery, (went from 40 grams to 500+ grams in 4 days, too kuch grains increase the rate of fermentation and chances of overfermenting) so I had to shift to organic sugar.Like others have already mentioned, the seller provides excellent support.

It's working very well. A very good product and the assistance online was very prompt. Since my husband is a diabetic I was apprehensive about using it with Stevia alongwith a little amount of sulphur free sugar and jaggery powder. I started using it with Stevia and it's working very well.

The grains are not big as listed in the description. They are VERY VERY SMALL. Total scam do not buy. They are showing big grain in the picture but they sent me all small grains. I am very sad with the product.
