I was surprised the volume spray was so good with my hair routine. The volume is visible and hair still look natural. I thought my hair will be required more washing routine if I use such kind of product for volume but opposite they become more fluffy, not greasy! So who needs to push up roots, take it! It is really good product!

I grabbed the Chi Barbie Heat Protection while it was half off and am so glad that I did. The smell is divine. It is easy to spray onto hair and leaves hair soft, shiny, and manageable. This is a very lightweight formula that gives my hair some well needed heat protection while making it look fabulous. I haven’t noticed any oiliness while using, but I’m sure like any other product, if you over use you can end up with buildup and oily residue. I have noticed my hair has more volume and isn’t so “flat”. I am in love with this heat protection spray and will be buying more. Worth every penny!!!

It is 100% worth the price, you get a decent bottle and it’s pretty. My hair was left very shiny and with way more volume for the winter! It does leave a slight residue on the hair (I have sensory issues and stim with my hair) but I honestly don’t mind it. My hair looks the best it’s looked in a while and the product was super easy to use- good spray and good instructions

Not only does this product smell SO good, but it has helped my hair immensely with heat damage. I use heat on my hair regularly and this protectant is the best I've ever used! It doesn't make my hair feel oily or sticky and adds a nice shiny, soft feel! This is my new go-to heat protectant and a great value for the price!

I have a lot of fine, straight, hair that doesn’t have much volume is very very rarely ever frizzy. This spray does not work well for my hair type beside protecting it from heat. Over about 6 or 7 tries of amounts and application approaches and trying on wet, damp and dry hair, I end up with frizzy hair every time and it is not enough to hold the curl or my blowout longer than 20 minutes. Then I’m left with crunchy, frizzy, bent hair that tangles easily from the stickiness. I’m honestly surprised that it did not prevent flyaways. I purchased this for a new curling iron that burnt my hair the first time I tried it and my hairdryer brush that gets very hot. It does protect hair against heat burning and has some hairspray hold quality, so I can see how it does work for some other hair types that cooperate well. I will likely only use this now for straightener heat protectant to touch up 2nd/3rd day hair due to how frizzy it makes my hair with blowouts and curling irons.
