Product should have a warning label! 😂🙏
So, I am on a journey to cleanse my by body of toxins from all the junk food I’ve eaten over the years and wanting to change to a healthier lifestyle and came across these pills for ‘flushing toxins’ among a couple other vitamins. I take a pill while heating up some nachos. After about 10-15 minutes I became a bit itchy and felt some prickly/heated areas on my body. Look in the mirror and ears are dark red and forehead bright red. I go outside to get some fresh air and the flushing started…. Immediately went to Amazon to see reviews and it made me panic, instantly (lol).I sincerely thought I was having an allergic reaction, my heart started beating so fast and I became ‘light’ all over my body. As I started to pray (I never do that 😂) I began crunching a Zyrtec!! Shaky knees at this point. I realized it was me who was making my heart race and just needed to calm down! After what felt like an hour I was a little calmed down and the heat was slightly less my arms started to get red and blanching in areas I decided to jump in the shower. After the shower I noticed all the red had subsided from my face, arms and neck. My face actually looked refreshed! While I still feel a sense of heightened-ness I enjoy the refreshed look of my facial skin in the mirror.Lastly, I do think this high of dose should come with a clear warning of the flushing and still a little nervous if I’ll have any additional side effects the rest of today.

Flush is real 🥴
Good product. I'm a first time niacin user and have been taking this for the last 4 days. Must be taken with food and drink plenty of water to avoid upset stomach. The reviews really had me scared. I do experience a flush- burning and itching sensation like a sunburn- uncomfortable but it's not unbearable. Taken once a day. I have anxiety so its best to take at bedtime to sleep through symptoms for me. Product does what it says it does.

Like being thrown in the oven, itching and prickles like mad!
Holy crap the side effects on these are horrendous! Of course I may be sensitive. I took a pill and then looked at the bottle and did not see the no flush I thought I had ordered....oops well how bad could it be right?! So I read the back of the bottle and said may cause flushing and a prickly feeling on skin. Ok I thought so a hot flash and weird skin, can’t be to bad. Then off to work I went. It only takes 6-8 minutes to get to work. I’m walking down the hallway to go change into my uniform and my stomach feels a little uneasy, no biggie. I get in the changing room, look at my face and it’s bright red...hmm! Definitely flushes! Then I was changing and my body (especially the face) was ON FIRE! I felt like I had climbed in the oven, but I continued thinking I’ll just get ice for my face. I walk out and get a bag of ice and start feeling like I will pass out or throw up. So I go lay down your head down on the desk, try to text my husband that this was a BAD idea to try on a work day! My lips are tingling and weird, my hands are a scary blanched white and the rest of my body is tomato colored. The charge nurse comes out and says you need to go to the ER.... I argued unsuccessfully, and as I’m being whisked off by freaked out looking staff, the Dr. Is standing there going , yes you need to go to the ER! I’m wheeled in. Feeling extremely shaky, feeling like prickles are poking me everywhere, and red and itching like mad.... then later after check in shaking and cold and itchy. They see me and tell me they are giving me Benadryl. Literally a minute after taking it, I feel myself heat up again. The ladies that are with me look quite freaked out and say the dr needs to see me right away. He sees me again and orders ibuprofen to knock the prostaglandins out that are making my body react like this. Thankfully it starts working after about 30 minutes and I am normal human colored again. The itching was so intense, and my clothes felt like they had cactus prickles in them. Needless to say I will NOT be trying this again! It was most definitely the most expensive medicine I have now tried 😩

Too potent! READ THIS POST 📬 BEFORE BUYING!
I made the mistake of not researching this product before buying. I based my decision on what everybody was writing. After I got the product and I took it I got the flushing and everything as expected but actually, I thought it was much worse than expected. For me, I got all the flushing symptoms worse than expected. It made me feel so dizzy, weak muscles, and thirsty.YES, you get a massive burning feel, worse than I've ever had! Strangely it relaxed all my muscles, made feel like pooping, which I did, rather well, just a healthy poop. The shock on my system made me tired. I'm still waiting. It's been almost 45 mins. Maybe the key to taking it is taking it with HIGH protein. The flush did come about an hour later. It started with light head tingling and then a stronger burning sensation. Then it became a sunburn like flush throughout my face. It lasts about 40 mins. No body flush. So 2/10/2019 I took another one. At first I thought oh strange nothing. An hour later comes along, head tingling head flush, face flush, massive body flush, muscle weakness, I had to run to the bathroom, loss of bowels (sat on the toilet - i was quite surprised needless to say - cleaned me out well!), weakness was so bad i think i was on the verge of passing out, shut my eyes and leaned against the wall. I got the chills. I was so weak and tired I laid down. Ovaries and tubes felt like they were throbbing and on fire!!! I'm curled up in the fetal position in pain praying it ends. I'm covered in blankets to keep me warm. I guess I fall asleep for about 20 mins. About an hour after it started it all subsided and stopped. I'm very thirsty. I had just got done breakfast (2 eggs and about an ounce of salami) and a little bit of greens protein drink. Two days ago, I had a very potent greens drink with maaca, cocao powder, morninga powder, and homemade kefir. I only got the head flush. After today, I'd need to be super brave to take another tablet. Definitely don't take it before or during work LOL OMG!
