Unreliable dishwasher that has multiple problems.
I bought this machine for a business and it has had nothing but problems. For starters, the wash cycle is completely unreliable and regularly does not reach the posted sanitizing temps (see picture showing the posted "minimum" temperature for wash/rinse and the actual temps we were getting). Due to this temperature problem, we did not pass our health inspection the first time around. Then, once the dishwasher was in full operation, it lasted 1 weekend before the control panel malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. We've had a technician onsite three separate times to fix the machine. Unfortunately, the machine has parts made in other countries, so the shipping time to replace parts is often 1+ weeks. Our machine is still out of order while we are waiting for the repair shop to order a new control panel. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a dishwasher to seek other manufacturers. This machine has too many issues.

Works great until it breaks
We've owned an FI-48 (discontinued model that was replaced by the CO-502W) model and a CO-502W. Both do a decent job, and are among the more affordable machines in their class, but both were fraught with manufacturing problems. The FI-48 lasted about 2 years before I had to repair it at least once or twice a year. The CO-502W made it about the same. Leaking hoses and seals are the primary issues we've faced. The drain hose from the factory is a cheap piece of crap that will start leaking on you within 2 years. Additionally, the plastic drain plug and basket wear out and crack/break about once a year. General materials cheapness in the plastics and seals. Further, our CO-502W had the plastic drain pressure tank incorrectly installed *from the factory* - one stud completely unfastened and the other studs over-torqued to compensate, cracking the plastic flange, and resulting in a leak. I expect better from a $3,000 piece of machinery than to have to tear it down for a repair every year after the first two years.Probably worth it to spend a few hundred dollars more and buy a different brand. You'll end up paying it anyway in repairs.

Unit worked fine but after a couple of weeks started leaking water
Bought this unit used for my fiancees on the side catering business. Unit worked fine but after a couple of weeks started leaking water. Called tech support and they were able to spot the problem. Even though the unit was not under warranty. Fagor tech support sent out the part as a courtesy. I installed it myself. Unit works perfect. Very efficient unit. You can drain it after several washes or whenever you wish....... so you save a lot on water. Excellent after sales support.

Horrible commercial dishwasher
Had to change my review. Just after our one year warranty was up, a pipe blew on the top of the dishwasher, basically destroying the wiring. Another wire on the bottom that helps heat the water came off due to being exposed to the heat. Our repair guy told us it's basically junk now. So a year later and we are having to completely junk this machine and start over. Major waste of money. Dont buy it. Spend more and get a better machine.

Not a very reliable dishwasher
We have purchased 2 of these dishwashers and both of them lasted a little over a year before they stopped working. The circulating pump and door switch have been the biggest problem. The other problem with them is that repairmen don't want to work on them and parts are difficult to come by. The price of these dishwashers is low but I would advise against buying them unless you will not be running a lot of loads of glassware or dishes

You will replace in less than 2 years!
Ours like everyone else that is taking the time to review failed in 2 years. Replaced a 21 year old Hobart that was more reliable. We decided to change all of our equipment during the Covid shutdown. The Fagor is the only piece of equipment that has failed in this very short time. Ours smoked and made a Gunshot noise! The customers loved this sound as it is in the front of the house under counter dishwasher! Don't be tricked by the low price, but I do see the prices went up, which is even crazier to consider over a Hobart. I paid $2226 in 2020. Now over $3000.... Don't you dare! I reached out to Fagor to see if they will help, If not it gets scrapped!
