This product deserves 5 stars for a number of reasons. My daughter wanted a double bed and i was reluctant to spend too much on one for her at the young age of 12. After some online research i opted for this Sleep Factory bed, the reviews were good overall and i feel the people who have experienced a problem or damage were unlucky rather than this being the general standard for this product. The first delivery date i was given i wasn't going to be home so i called the number on the email and rearrange for a day i was off work without any problem. The bed arrive on the day i requested and the delivery driver even helped carry the bed up to my daughters room. I checked the item over and there was no damage. My husband found it easy to make the bed and we both agreed that it offered excellent value for the money you were paying, the draws are better made than the ones we have on our divan and we paid a lot more for our bed. The bed itself is very comfortable and my daughter loves it.

I bought this bed for my son and he loves it and says its very comfortable. It's worth the money we spent and good quality as well

We were really pleased with the bed very comfortable and ideal for a spare room. Its a bargain price and that does show in the quality of the bed. The clips that secure the two pieces of the divan are a bit useless so i used a couple of bolts to fix it together hence only 4 stars. But apart from that its comfortable, looks good, nice headboard and under £200😊

Overall really happy with this bed. Mattress is very firm so will take a few days to get used to it but I did feel i’d had a good nights sleep in the morning. Easy to assemble. You can choose which side you want your drawers on depending on which way you connect the two base pieces together.There are two U-shaped plastic clips provided that connect the base pieces together. Lie both halves on their side, preferably against a wall, so that the bottom black material is facing you. Simply slide one end of the clip underneath the black material (there are gaps in-between each staple) of one base piece then hook the other end of the clip onto the other base piece then push the clip flush against the wood. This took some force so resting the pieces against a wall does help. Once they’re fixed together you can flip the bed as one unit back onto it’s wheels.The bed can also be assembled with or without the wheels provided.The drawers are a decent size but smaller than I expected. They also feel quite flimsy as the bottom is PDF and with plastic runners they’re not very smooth to open or close. I have had to adjust the angle when closing to make sure they close fully but they do the job.Two ‘problems’ I faced:- The bed was delivered a week earlier than I anticipated. I received an email stating it would be delivered Monday 18th (I placed the order Friday 8th) but was surprised with the bed arriving Monday 10th at 9:30am! I wasn’t quite ready for it but I can’t fault such a speedy service. Just make sure you are ready to receive this bed within days of ordering and ignore any dates amazon gives you. It still says on my order that it’s out for delivery so the information isn’t correct.- After I received my 4ft bed I noticed that the plastic wrapping said 4ft on the mattress but 4ft6” on both base pieces (the bigger double bed option). I was a little concerned I’d been given part of someone else’s order and some poor person out there would have a 4ft6” mattress and a 4ft base but after emailing the company I was told that the bed may have just been wrapped in the wrong plastic and I did indeed have the right items. So if that happens to you don’t panic!Update:I have now had the bed for a week and I’m really happy with it. My sleep has improved considerably. If you’re looking for an easy to assemble bed and speedy delivery then I highly recommend this bed.

So the assembly instructions for attaching the headboard are non existent but it’s relatively self explanatory. They do however give you 2 plastic clip pieces which seem to fit nowhere! The headboard is slightly cheap looking, which is noticeable as it’s so plain. I have to say the mattress when I first got it was another level of comfort! So soft and almost jelly like with how springy it was. However... I’ve now had this bed almost 11 months and the plump lustre of the mattress now only remains in the corners of the bed (which aren’t slept on) if I kneel on it, my knee is flat to the base underneath. There is a lot of spring crunching noise when moving which I hate and I have pretty chronic back pain from the mattress just being so unsupportive. Update : I've now had this bed for 17 months and the matress is literally ready for the bin. There are springs jutting painfully into me, right at "jab you in the ribcage" height. So unimpressed with this. Don't waste your time or money on the matress. The frame itself is just alright. Literally money down the drain and savage back ache. Buy cheap, buy twice is sadly the case with this!

The mattress of the bad is very bad, at the end i changed, headboard has only two fixing , instead of 4, because of this headboard shakes. two parts of the base has no joiner, i need to buy one to join them as it moves time to time .The price is very attractive but it is so bad quality , i do not advice to buy

Absolutely amazing value for money!Received the bed and mattress earlier than expected.The driver called and advised on a delivery time and helped me get it into the house.Divan bed easy to set up and mattress is very comfortable.The only minor problem is the draws are very hard to open as it is plastic on Plastic.

When I received my new bed one of the feet were broken. I got in touch with the company and they had a new base sent straight out to me. Excellent service. Very comfortable, excellent quality and value for money. Very happy customer.
