Don't trust quality of product
The labeling and packaging are suspicious, plus I cannot verify the legitimacy of the company producing it. The product did not arrive in a cold pack. Instructions said to refrigerate before using (?). The product is a liquid but comes in a salve container so when you open it and remove lid it spills everywhere. Returning it and going to a trusted source.

Need replacement bottles came almost empty! Can anyone solve this!

This was supposed to be shipped in a cold packaging per the Amazon site. It wasn’t.
This doesn’t smell good but I can tolerate that. I use it at night. Haven’t noted in benefits as yet but I haven’t been using it very long.

pleasantly surprised
I ordered this for my mom to try for her chronic back pain. She didn't care for the smell, so we added a few drops of peppermint oil. I am happy to report that she has been able to decrease her use of prescription pain meds since using this regularly.
