Simple to use
I had a rather small job in my garage. I believe the previous owners used rock salt around the entrance of the garage. That or the concrete was poured at too cold a temperature. The product mixed easily and the self leveling works well. Filled the gaps and deteriorated portions of the floor. Sanded it and then painted the area. Looks much better and I am sure will hold up for years to come.

Not bad to use
Mine was missing the sand and it doesn't give very good instructions. I would have added more , but didn't know. But it looks nice and seems to work well.
