Excellent for vitamin D in these overcast days

This has a range of brightness and tints which is great. It seems to be effective even if I am moving around in the kitchen with it on the work surface. My only small complaint is that the touch buttons aren't quite sensitive enough which means holding it still and having to look at it when turning it on and adjusting the brightness and colour, which is blinding as the first setting is the brightest! A remote control would be great, but not expecting that with a lamp at this price! Apart from that (and I am particularly light-sensitive) it's a great little lamp and definitely does what it is designed to do!

It wasn't for me, I bought it for my son who suffers with depression and is very low in the winter. He says it is fantastic and definitely lifts his mood.

Works well and has 3 different colour tones to choose from.Timer function is useful with ten minutes increments up to an hour. Brightness is also adjustable as needed.I place on my desk in the mornings for 20 minutes and have noticed an improvement in my mood so worth the money. Will be useful going into the winter with long, dark days.Recommended!

Didn't work properly....sometimes wouldn't respont to some settings.Sent it back for a refund.

This is a fantastic light, incredibly bright, lots of different colours depending on your mood and nice and durable. In terms of the "Light Therapy" it did not really work for me. Having it facing towards me to try to mimic sunlight (Which I really need) is a struggle as even the lowest setting is too brightPros: Bright, Durable, Cheap, Plenty of coloursCons: Almost too brightGreat if you want a less harsh regular light for a room, not so sure on the light therapy, but who knows. Maybe it would work for someone else?
