It doesn't work on airtel sim

Hopeless . I bought it 0n 26th May .ITt was delivered to me on 1st of June. Today is 27th of June and it is not working. My husband took it to JIO shop , they told that the product was made in 2017 and its battery is expired. this prduct is second hand. It's really a cheat from the vendor. We are really shocked. The product is worthless for us in one month's time. please do the needful.

Very good product. Battery drains in 6-7 hours of continuous usage.

I got a damaged product which is not working and there is no option for returning the same or for refund.The service center person says its a refurbished faulty product and cannot be replaced, they say return it to amazon.Now what to do? I am helpless, the product is still lying with me and money is wasted. Please dont buy any products from this seller

The power cable is defective and not charging the router

Cash back worth 1500 is not possible as Jio doesn’t have it right now..which is disappointing and they doesn’t have the courtesy also when an existing customer approaches for another product or subscription. Customer should always be the king 👑
