Very nice. Can't get anything close at my grocery store of choice.
I have never purchased extremely expensive Balsamic vinegar so I cannot compare this product to those vinegars. However, I really like this product and cannot buy anything comparable to it in my local grocery store (Albertson's). They used to carry a De Nigris Balsamic but no longer. I'll certainly buy this again. I like it. I use it in salad dressings and make a marinade for a mixture of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, onion, garlic and Italian herbs. Also, it is nice in an olive tapenade. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful Balsamic - Dense and Sweet
This is absolutely the finest balsamic I’ve tasted. It’s thick and is slightly sweet. Great on a caprese salad or on strawberries and other foods. It’s not inexpensive but well worth it.

Very good taste and great on sakads!
I use several of their items and find them very satisfying. Makes a great salad dressing and switch them up to avoid boring meals.

So tasty!
Summertime caprese is so great. We grow basil, and often make a dinner out of our fresh basil over fresh mozzarella and farmers market tomatoes. Add a good EVOO and this balsamic to be transported to heaven! Sooo flavorful, and a bit thick, so you can put it where you want it in order to use less. We keep buying this, time and time again.

This is REAL balsamic <3
Excellent product. This is real balsamic. Don’t waste your money on grocery stores cheap imitations that are mostly vinegar. The number 1 ingredient should be cooked grape must and this is it. Just a little bit really adds zip to an otherwise mediocre pasta salad and is fantastic in chicken recipes and homemade salad dressing. I’ll be back!

What’s it good for?
For salads. Not for drizzling, for example, over ripe figs. If you ike emon on your saad, you’ll ike it. If you prefer to pour honey on your salad, you probably won’t.

I love this vinegar. But to some degree your taste will determine what you like. This particular vinegar is thick and viscous and packs an intense and sweet punch. I use cheaper ones in salad dressings and save this to use straight.
