My sinuses are just as clogged as ever. I believe that the individual ingredients are too low dose and one capsule daily is not enough. If you check the amount listed against what is recommended, 4 capsules daily might be effective. The Pure Health brand has the same ingredients and the same amounts as some of the name brands I looked at. Reviews for those brands also vary. One capsule a day may work just fine for you. If no noticeable improvement in 10 - 14 days, bump up the dose to 2 capsules daily.
