Bidets that use both hot and cold water are a true relief for those who have used just the cold ones in the winter months.There was a bit of water already in the bidet when I had opened it, not sure how long that had been there so that was a bit of an unwelcome surprise.The installation instructions were no better than the product description with only a few photos, which meant you had to know what you were doing before starting.The threads that were included felt cheap in quality, so I replaced them with better ones which I had in my toolbox. This is crucial as the last thing you want is a leak which can prove to be a lot more expensive further down the line.Once ready though you have a very nice product that works practically well!

Installation proved relatively straightforward for me, but for those less familiar with such tasks, seeking assistance is advisable, particularly if your plumbing is confined. Having an extra pair of hands can prove invaluable. In my case, I discovered the need for a new toilet flow valve, as the plastic threads on most flow valve ends are prone to stripping, especially when securing the new metal washer attachment on the bidet handle end. Be prepared for additional steps, though this is not a fault of the product.Furthermore, if a flexible supply line from your angle valve to your toilet is not already in place, procure one before commencing installation. The bidet handle system consumes additional space, necessitating flexibility. The instructions did not clarify the purpose of the accessory pack, leaving me uncertain about its necessity. Nevertheless, the system performs admirably!

The hose and temperature options are great, good quality and easy to use. However, the spray part is a cheap flimsy plastic which would have without a doubt broken quickly. Had to replace with a separate, strong part.

Head is leaking I was not aspecting that.
