I only threw out my old tattoo gun a month or so ago, so I was overjoyed to see this and how things have changed!I hold my hands up - I was completely flummoxed with what to do with this initially, as I am of the "old style" guns and had never used one of these rotary pens. I'm not a professional tattooist but enjoy dabbling and I soon worked this pen out.Wow! What a difference! The weight for a start. This rotary pen is light and comfortable to hold and doesn't vibrate heavily either - all of which are big ticks in my box.There are 2 methods of using this: either wireless or wired and the 2 separate parts to interchange, depending on which way you wish to power it. There's a USB-C cable, which recharges the rotary pen and an RCA cable included for both ways of use.To use the wireless mode, the pen takes an hour or two to fully charge, but this will give you about 4 hours run time which is fantastic and so nice not to be attached to a cable, but you can always use the RCA cable, if you need to, so good to have the choice.You can adjust the voltage by short-pressing the buttons below the power button and change the needle length by twisting the central band either left or right.I like the LED screen which displays the voltage, use time and battery level. The pen will take most needle cartridges too and the whole thing is really nicely presented in a sturdy box.Very impressed with this. It's a thousand times removed from the ancient gun I had and definitely more comfortable to use. Definitely recommend this!

Love, this, very easy to adapt to, excellent position of controls, good weight and easy to hold. The freedom of not have a cord is such a game changer, the design is very well thought out and even the box is special with rune running down the side of the box, very special and would make a perfect gift for any enthusiast, excellent value and feels like it will last. Very easy to push the ink, battery life is good but I would like an option to purchase an additional battery or if possible get a larger capacity if it didn’t impact the size. This is just an outstanding addition to anyone’s tool set.
