Not exactly as decribed
I like Dell products and this seemed value for money. However:-Firstly the Description indicates it comes with a keyboard and mouse which it does not.secondly I checked to box for the I5 processor but your order states its still only the I3.Not set up or used as yet as is a christmas gift but feel a little let down on the experiance as now had to go to dell to purchase a wireless keyboard and mouse which makes this more expensive.27/12/24 Set up and even though my purchase was for I5 processor this is only a I3 and no better than the My Mothers original PC of which this was a Christmas gift to replace.Very Let Down and Disapointed with this AMAZON experience

I've tried so many Dells as my employer uses them....terrible products and service
Hardware/build is fine, no issues with performance. But not fit for purpose as Dell release products with known faults and bugs - that's unethical and disgusting.I've tried many Dell products in shops to find ones without the issue but the problems persist. For example, known issue of cursor moving to a random position while typing - you cannot use these for any serious purpose.The industry needs a shake-up. This should not be allowed.
