I like to put a concrete sealer on my garage floor to protect it against the salt that my vehicle drips off in the winter months. That stuff can destroy concrete as I went several years without sealing and my concrete started to show the effects. This sounds like a very good sealer as they say it can give up to 10 years of protection. I doubt that would be when it's exposed to salt every winter but it does show that it is durable. It came well packaged, with sealed plastic over the container inside a box that was inside another box with some packaging materials. This is important for a product like this as you want to receive it undamaged. It also came with a pair of rubber gloves for application. I plan to use a paint roller to put it on and it seems like it should be fairly easy to apply. It's too early in the year for me to use this yet but I do like what I see of it and think it will do a good job.

I got this stone sealer to protect a small stone pathway along the side of my house. Before applying the product, I power washed the path, resanded the joints, and allowed everything to dry completely. I then applied the sealer using a standard paint roller. The product went on smoothly with a white tint, which helped ensure even coverage. I was also surprised at how quickly it dried. Since I had some product left over, I applied a second coat once the first had fully dried. After the final coat cured, the finish was nearly invisible, if anything, it gave the stones a refreshed, clean appearance, making them look almost new. The next day, I tested the seal by spraying the area with a hose, and the water immediately beaded on the surface, indicating that the product was working as intended. Overall, this sealer was easy to apply, dried fast, and delivered great results. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and would definitely recommend it for similar stonework projects.

I have only used the sealer in smaller areas to test and see how easy it is to apply and how well it works. We want to seal the driveway, but need to pressure wash and dry it before we do so. The small area I used it on is behind our outdoor faucet, and I used a brush for that purpose. The application was quick, and after drying, the results were great. We sprayed water on the area, and it just pearled off. For the driveway, we will probably use a sprayer since it will be easier, but the brush application works well for small areas. The product states it has a lifespan of ten years. I am hopeful that it will extend the lifespan of our driveway and prevent any more frost damage from occurring.

Good product that goes down like water, and dries to a light sheen. I really like that it is zero voc, and there's not a real heavy smell to using it either. I have a fairly new concrete driveway, and I wanted to ensure that I get some sealer on it this spring/summer to ensure that if I need to use salt on it next winter that I won't ruin it. This lists itself as a 10 year solution. I won't say I'm skeptical, but that sure will be nice if it's accurate. We'll see how the first section I did holds up, and if it seems fairly robust, I'll probably buy a couple more and do my 2 car garage. (I'd like to do epoxy, but that's out of my price range for now). I have used a bunch of brands of products like this over the years, and many fail to live up to their claims. I'm hoping this one bucks the trend, but we shall see.

Since applying it, I've noticed a reduction in stains from rain and dirt, and the surfaces look refreshed.I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because while it’s effective, I did need to apply two coats for maximum protection in some areas, which added a little more time to the process than I expected. It also took a bit longer than anticipated to fully dry in some spots, so patience is required.Overall, a great product for protecting outdoor surfaces and enhancing their longevity!

Seems like a pretty good value but you definitely need more than one coat. It's very thin like water and soaks in well because of that. I put one coat on and could not really see too much of a difference, but after multiple coats it did it's job well.

This concrete sealer is designed for porous surfaces. Concrete, brick and some stone can and do allow water to get into the substrate. In warm climates that is not a big deal, but cold climates this can lead to ice fracturing inside. Over time this causes the surface to erode and even full failure. This product uses silane/siloxane to repel water from penetrating. Once applied you will not be able to see the sealant. During a rain storm you will see the concrete darkening but it will not penetrate deep. Be sure to follow the instructions exactly. Do not use on new concrete. Be prepared to discard application tools. I rinsed out my sprayer and marked it for future use of the same product. The sealant lasts about 10 years and then needs to be reapplied.

I have a really old concrete driveway that is extremely porous and stains easily. After a pressure wash, I applied this concrete sealer. It is very thin as other reviewers have stated. The appearance of my driveway is refreshed. I can't wait to see how it holds up this year.
