Q: My tool bar is about 2 1/8 inches, will it fit?

We use 2" square tubing and then powder coat it, we had the U bolts custom made to fit our square tubing...there is about 1/16" of play with the 2" tubing. So it would be tight if you have 2 1/8" tubing.
