I didn’t care for the taste !

First off, the flavor I purchased was the Cocoa. I didn't taste cocoa and actually I didn't taste ANYTHING much with this cereal. The crunch was good but that is as far as it goes. The price is RIDICULOUS for what you get and what you get is a flavorless tiny bit of crunchy O's that contain a secret little ingredient called Polydextrose. I was down for the count with gastric upset which blessed me with bloating, gas and terrible cramping and could not figure out the cause until I realized that this cereal contains the culprit behind it; that being Polydextrose. To be fair, not everyone will have the same reaction to that as I did but you do have to ask yourself why; why even add it? Sucralose is the sweetener that is used and that is a great sweetener and has no known gastric influence yet they stuck in Polydextrose which DOES effect the intestines! In summary,....I cannot recommend this product and I basically disposed of the remaining 3 bags.

Love that this is made out of soy, which is healthy. I just have 1/3 a packet a day, though, to keep it keto. I use heavy cream diluted with bottled water instead of milk because that has 0 carbs.

This cereal is as close as I've come to something low-carb and high protein that actually tastes good. I'm going to try the other two flavors. What would make it ideal is if it came in a full-size box, like other cereals.Right now, however, a cold cereal at the store is $4 for the equivalent of 5 of these boxes, servings wise. That means that it would cost $70 a box!The taste is great, consistency is great -- but the price and packaging have to be worked on. Why should it cost more to be healthy?

I have done the Optavia plan. These have similar nutrition. Something different and less expensive. Very good tasting with sugar free almond milk.

I used to order this all the time and it was tasty and a useful part of my routine. In the last few months, it seems like the formula/recipe has changed. It doesn't taste good anymore and I probably will stop buying it. I can't quite put my finger on what it tastes like, but way more artificial now. It used to taste like regular cereal. Something is really off now.

I ordered this out of curiosty. I did like it. Will not order again, not because of any problem with the cereal, simply cannot afford it. Not much cereal for the price, but it was ok just to see what it was like to eat. Good luck to you. I have to stick with cereals that are perhaps, certainly not as good for my health.
