I appreciate the color as it adds another dimension to my cooking. The flavor is like most semolina pasta without the expected fishiness. I wish it were cheaper so it could become a regular part of our diet instead of a novelty.

My husband swears he can taste a difference which is neat but honestly I just bought it because it was pretty. Tastes fine with a seafood sauce

Pricey but worth it!
I’ve always wanted to make my own squid ink pasta dishes at home, but I never could find the correct pasta for it in my local grocery store. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this pasta on Amazon! I made a delicious dish using the black squid ink pasta, shrimp, some sautéed cherry tomatoes, and garlic (of course). I’m going to buy a few more bags soon so that I can make it for my next dinner party!

Flavorless
I’m guessing that this is for showing off but it misses the mark because there’s just no flavor to this pasta at all. Very disappointing!

Probably my favorite pasta
The Garofalo pasta from Costco is a solid everyday staple. Trader Joe's multicolor pasta adds some cheers once in a while. But the Morelli squid ink pasta is here to celebrate!
