Does this have two buttons, ne for lane changes and another for breaking/Pit Stops. Amazon sent me one with only one button for breaking.

Does it work with all scaletrix sets (American series)

It is only compatible with those sets that have either the ARC AIR or ARC PRO powerbase.

I am having a problem connecting to the arc pro base. This controller came with a red Lanyard, but the arc pro base already has a red lanyard control

You need to assign each one to a port, it's in the manual.
