Great wee machine for smaller and/or mobile homes.
Pros - does a great wash! Spins very well, to "touch-damp," ready to hang to air dry. Lightweight, has carry handle either side to facilitate lifting and moving machine, truly Portable. Simple to operate, choice of wash setting ie for delicate items " light" or "regular" wash. Wash time settings, max 15 minute cycle. Spinner max 5 mins but in reality I've found 2-3 mins effective. Very economical - in price compared to full sized Automatic machines; in operation, fills from tap (no water heater in the machine to use up heating electricity). When spinning, water can be reused back into wash drum for next load so reduces water requirement if you have metered supply. Requires only a small amount of detergent (about 1/4 to 1/3 amount for full sized automatic machine). Saves on electricity, water, detergent and going to Laundromat. Very effective machine, both washing and spinning.Cons - 1. Machine has no pump, drains by Gravity so the drain hose must be below the machine base level to empty. Have seen on youTube some users lift the machine into the bathtub or shower cabinet so it can drain straight down the plughole. Didn't suit me, mainly due to concerns about using an electrical appliance in a bath/shower room (warnings against this in the operating instructions!) also my toilet/shower room is tiny so no room to site and operate machine there even if I wanted to ignore health and safety concerns. I use mine in the kitchen, it is light and easy to move next to the sink to fill and to empty the drainage buckets. Gravity drain fix - Bought a stand for the machine which raises it around 20cm off the floor, drain hose goes into a bucket and machine drains by gravity. Full tub takes around 2 and a half 2 gallon/10 litre bucket loads to drain, you simply empty the buckets into the sink.2. Filling hose supplied is both too short and not strong. Flimsy. I have bought an alternative, longer and more robust water filler hose from a camping store, designed for filling up fresh water tank in caravans/ mobile homes, flexible connector at one end fits any tap and longer length allows filling end to go straight into the tub. Paid £8 from Amazon, camping supplies department. Those are my 2 very manageable Cons.To summarise, performs very well both washing and spinning.Economical to buy and to run, saves on electricity, water, detergent.Lightweight, easy to maneuver and indeed to lift or carry (when empty!)Twin tub needs more operator input than an Automatic machine, but on outlay, running costs and performance it wins hands down.Very impressed with this Washer, after a year of trailing back and forth to a Laundrette I actually look forward to doing my washing now.Great wee machine.

Does the job!
A combination of circumstances made this an essential purchase - we bought a house that we couldn't fit a conventional washing machine in, our plans for building work to allow us to fit one are on hold due to the current restrictions as is our use of the local launderette! This portable lightweight machine works well. It has a reasonable capacity (both washing and spinning) and cleans and spin-dries well. We move it next to our shower for use as it is convenient to have the drain hose discharge into the shower tray. As noted by other reviewers, the filling hose is not up to the job - the tap attachment is a rubber material and is OK but the rest of the hose is made of a flimsy plastic which expands more when heated up by warm water and detaches itself from the tap connector! We bought a decent hose connector which solved the problem. Overall this little machine has been a Godsend in the current circumstances. It is not cheap but we estimate that it will have paid for itself in reduced launderette costs by the time things have returned to normal.Update:I have just given the machine a well-earned retirement as we have finally got our automatic washing machine plumbed in after our building work was finally completed. I estimate that I have put 300 to 400 loads of washing through the machine over a 14 month period without any problems. Yes, it is more tedious to use than an automated washer but needs must and it does the job well once you get into a routine.

Wish I'd never bought it, turns washing clothes into a MAJOR chore.
EDIT: This washing machine lasted maybe 5 washes before it died. I only need to use this about once a month, and pretty much exactly 6 months to the day that I bought it, it has died. When turning it on, the motor clicks, like it has started, but the washing drum doesn't go round at all. On top of all the other problems I have, (see below) it's also unreliable.I bought this because I live in a small flat and not only will I not be here for long, but I'd have trouble getting a washing machine up the stairs to my flat. I bought this, because not having to deal with an unwieldy washing maching with concrete in seemed like a good idea.I was wrong. Since buying this it's so much of a pain to get any washing actually done, I almost never use it. Wish I'd bought a second hand washing machine that I could have just left in the flat when I move out. Either way I would have wasted some money, but buying this new meant I wasted more money and use the item even less.Don't get me wrong, the washing function works fine, the spin dryer isn't bad at all either. However, there is no easy way of filling the thing with water, or draining the water out., The input pipe supplied is cheap, very short and above useless. The pipe is so cheap it won't stay on the tap unless you were to turn the water rate down so low it would probably take an hour to fill the machine. And it's so short you have to have the machine right next to the sink, which is impossible as the outflow pipe is so ridiculously short (as well as requiring gravity to drain - no pump), that draining the thing is impossible unless you put the entire unit in a bath, where it makes unacceptable noise banging around in the bath during the wash and spin cycle. I thought about putting the machine on my balcony, which has a drain, but the output pipe is so short I would have to have the machine facing the wall if I wanted to be able to drain the water, which is unacceptable, as then I can't get the washing out, or use the bucket to fill the water as the lid doors to the separate drums block access unless you have it facing you.To fill this piece of junk up, I have to take multiple full and heavy buckets across my flat as a bucket won't fit in a normal bathroom sink and is too low down to risk not messing up your back if you fill the bucket from the bath taps. I have to do two to three trips with a full bucket to fill the machine, then you're supposed to do at least 2 rinse cycles (rinse cycles are actually the part of the wash that gets the dirt out), which means 4-6 more trips with the bucket, oh and transferring the clothes from the wash to the spin on every rinse too.The whole process a washing clothes is just painful, and I wish I'd never bought this and completely wasted my money. I've since talked to a colleague who is well into his mobile home camping, and told me after I bought this piece of junk that almost all the van and caravan dwellers he knows bought one of these, and within a month or two, were using a laundrette anyway, as it's less effort to take your clothes out of your house, travel to a laundrette, pay and then sit around being bored for an hour or two while your clothes wash and dry than it is to use this thing. It would be a pain to use anyway, with the separate drums for washing and drying but with the completely useless and (insert the worst expletive you can think of) input and output pipes, the thing is practically not fit for purpose. I would either find one that has good lengthy pipes for input and output or better yet, buy a proper machine 2nd hand, or just use a laundrette. I would upload some pictures, but to be honest enough of my life has already been wasted by this machine, I'm not giving it more.Save yourself a reasonable amount of time by setting fire to your clothes and then going and buying new ones whenever you need to wash them, as that would be less hassle than using this thing.
