The lowest setting is a joke, but nice little fan otherwise.
UPDATE: I tried the low setting with the fan positioned closer and it works better! I’m going to like it after all! While it’s a nice air circulator fan, I don’t know why they bothered to have a low setting. You basically need to have it RIGHT up to your face within an inch to feel anything. It’s very silent at that setting, though. The higher setting is more like most low settings, but it’s noisier. Obviously that’s because the fan is actually working. I love the brand Vornado. We have a Vornado larger table top Turbo fan in our bedroom that we use regularly. All three settings work correctly. We keep it on low since it’s quieter and yet still is strong enough to push air across the room. I’m going to keep this Flippi for awhile and see if I end up liking it even through the low setting is pretty useless. That’s too bad because it’s a nice little otherwise. Compact, sturdy and light enough to move around as needed. I like the tilting fan and swivel base which makes it convenient. It’s nice next to me when I sit on my recliner.

Anesthetics over function
It looks nice but the airflow is horrendous. The airflow is same as a dollar store disposable fan.

Nice swivel/rotation, well built, not very powerful
I bought bc I had another and liked it, plus bc they had some for around $9, mine must've been an older model that was made better, bc like others mentioned here it doesn't blow much. Like others said the first setting barely can be felt and the 2nd setting is like a low setting on others, I own several different versions of these tiny fans and all have plus and minuses but all blow better than this one. I'm guessing they make these cheaper and less power than before. Sad bc this is normally a good brand in fans. It runs a bit loud on the 2nd setting and a bit louder than most others on both settings. As others mentioned it does take 2 hands to change the settings and it is a bit wonky on clicking between settings, my old one was same way. The best thing is this is a very sturdy and heabily built fan. I'm guessing you can drop it hard and it would be fine, the rotation is nice and it swivels nice. Buyer beware!

Great Fan and Great Price
This is a great little fan; perfect for a warm office or desk space. It has 2 speeds but this version does not oscillate. I recommend it.
